April 28, 2011 - Wesley Neil Orr is the 17-year-old son of Jeff Orr and Karla Walker. He is a member of First United Methodist Church in Wolfe City and has attended Leonard schools all 13 years. At LHS Wesley has been active in band, track, FCA, choir, student government, Beta Club and UIL. He received individual honors in band, track and UIL.
Some of Wesley's favorite things include the following: food, seafood; drink, water; color, green; place, Grandma's house; movie, It's Christmastime Again Charlie Brown; actor, Steve Carell; actress, Phyllis Smith; team, Texas Tech Red Raiders; song, Second Suite in the key of F; person, grandma; book, Calculus of a Single Variable and sport, track.
His favorite memory at LHS is his SENIOR YEAR!
His advice for underclassmen is "High school only gets better and more fun as you go along!" In his free time he enjoys watching television.
If Wesley could do anything, he would own and operate his own amusement park. His pet peeve is people that don't realize all the good things about Leonard ISD and Leonard.
After graduation, Wesley plans to attend Texas Tech University and major in music.
