A memorial service for Sandra Larue Fogle Herrmann, age 53 of Leonard, was held Wednesday, Aug. 15, at 10 a.m. at Leonard Community Fellowship with Pastor Willie Johnson officiating. Herrmann passed away Friday, Aug. 10, at Red River Regional Hospital in Bonham.

Herrmann was born Dec. 5, 1957, in Frederick, Md., the daughter of Richard Thomas Fogle and Selva Jean Butler. She was a widow and worked as a nurses aid at nursing homes in the area. She attended church at Leonard Community Fellowship in Leonard.

She is survived by her daughters, Bambi Carty of Campbell and Sarah Carty of Celeste; sons, William Carty of Campbell and Josh Carty of Leonard; and a grandson, Justin Carty of Campbell.
