Funeral Services for Gerry Jordan, age 75 of Leonard, are scheduled for Saturday, May 12, at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Leonard with Pastor Denny Gorena officiating. Burial will follow in the Leonard Cemetery. Family visitation will be Friday, May 11, from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel in Leonard. Jordan passed away at her residence on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, with Dan, her loving husband of nearly 58 years, by her side.

 Jordan was born Aug. 22, 1936 at Greensboro, N.C., the daughter of Victor Ivan and Martha Love Franks Elliott. She married Dan Jordan on May 30, 1954 at Durant, Okla. She was a high school graduate, a member of the First Baptist Church of Leonard and worked in the printing industry as a photo processor. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and had a wonderful love for her entire family.

She is survived by her husband, Dan Jordan of Leonard; her daughters and sons-in-law, Dolores and Danny Doyle of Leonard and Pam and Jeff Worley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; grandchildren, Chris Doyle and wife, Kyla, of Josephine, Nick Doyle of Leonard, Kendra Bennett and husband, Josh, of Pueblo, Colo. and Blake Worley and wife, Joni, of Texarkana; her great-grandchildren: Larissa, Cassidi, Kennin, Makynzie, Jacie, Dalton, Jayden, Hannah, Rebekah, Keegan, Madison, Jordan, Shawn, Joey, Annabelle, Daxon and Kaylie; and numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, four brothers and her grandson, Tony Doyle.
