April 7, 2011 - Funeral services for Glenda Ann Love Houser, 67,of Leonard, were held Monday, April 4, at 2 p.m. at the Randolph Baptist Church with Bro. David Brackett and Bro. Daniel Caldwell officiating. Burial followed in the Valley Creek Cemetery. She passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011.

Houser was born Feb. 2, 1944, in Denison, the daughter of Francis Marion and Blanche Bernice Fisher Love. She married Johnny Maurice "Cotton" Houser Sept. 27, 1959 in McKinney. She was a retired secretary from the plumbing industry, a member of Randolph Baptist Church and the JCS.

Houser is survived by her son, Phillip, and daughter, Lisa Baldridge, both of Leonard; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Reeves, and her father-in-law, "Big Papa" John Houser, Jr.

Family visitation was held from6 until 8 p.m. Sunday, April 3, at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard.
