May 19, 2011 - Karrina Elaine Vaughn is the 17-year-old daughter of Jimmy and Stefanie Vaughn. She has attended Leonard schools 13 years and has been active in Beta Club four years and UIL. In UIL, she was a member of the One Act Play crew three years, competed in computer science two years and computer applications one year.

Some of Karrina's favorite things include the following: food, cheesecake; drink, Orange Crush; color, orange; place, anywhere with her friends; movie, Whip It; actor, Michael Cera; actress, Ellen Page; team, Dallas Cowboys; song, My Alien by Simple Plan; person, her little brother, Preston; book, Crank by Ellen Hopkins; and sport, laser tag.

Her favorite memory at LHS is running to the cafeteria with Beka to get egg rolls on Thursdays. Her advice for underclassmen is "be yourself and get involved in school activities". Her favorite things to do in her free time are listening to music and hanging out with friends. If she could do anything, she would travel the world. If she could change anything, she would change her eye color. Her pet peeve is rude and annoying people.

After graduation, Karrina plans to become an art teacher with a degree from Grayson County College.
