Feb. 24, 2011 - Celeste Junior High School and the Region 10 Education Service Center are teaming together to participate in a pilot technology project directed by Alan November called The Future is Now. Schools that have been invited to join this program have excelled in the area of technology integration. Alan November is the founder of November Learning, an education consulting firm for educational leaders and faculty. Named one of the nation's fifteen most influential thinkers of the decade by Classroom Computer Learning Magazine, November became the co-founder of the Stanford Institute for Educational Leadership Through Technology.

Feb. 24, 2011 - The third and fourth grade CYSA boy's basketball team played an exciting game for the championship title. The team lost by five points to an undefeated Bland team on Saturday, Feb. 12. The Blue Devils placed second overall for the season.
