March 31, 2011 - On Thursday, March 24, the Celeste Thursday Club met in the Celeste High School Media Center. CHS Library Media Specialist, Julie Dillard, spoke to the group about research development skills and digital resources for the 21st Century learner.
The ladies enjoyed a tour of the high school and they were able to view the extraordinary student art that is currently on display for open house. Mary Ann Hooks, Thursday Club hostess for March, served refreshments on a beautifully decorated spring table.
The students and faculty of Celeste Elementary would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Thursday Club for generously donating money each year to help buy books.
