March 17, 2011 - The 5th Annual Spring Break in Bonham Bluegrass Festival will be held March 18-19 at the Fannin County Multi-Purpose Complex at 700 FM 87 (Hwy. 56 and FM 87) in Bonham. On Friday the festivities are from 1-10 p.m. and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Feature entertainers are Vern Young, Mo. (Friday and Saturday); Mark Phillips and III Generation, Okla. (Saturday); Southern Strangers, Ala. (Friday and Saturday); Lonesome Ridge, La. (Friday and Saturday); Mack Smith Family, Texas (Saturday); High Strung, Texas (Friday); Hard to Git, Texas (Saturday); Upper Grassmen, Texas (Friday).
Tom Hackney will be the emcee and the sound will be from Texoma Valley Sound. Concessions will be provided by First Christian Academy of Leonard. There will be unlimited dry camping available. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy.
