Master Gardeners to meet on April 4

March 17, 2011 - The Fannin County Master Gardeners will meet on Monday, April 4, at noon in the Williams Building at the First Presbyterian Church located at the corner of Center and 9th Street in Bonham.

Following the business meeting there will be a special program on how to grow vegetables in hay bales, presented by Frances Robinson, who is a master gardener from Lamar County. Robinson will also discuss how to preserve and store seeds from plants in your garden.

The business meeting starts at noon followed by the program. Anyone from the community who is interested in learning more about growing vegetables in hay bales and how to preserve and store seeds from their garden is encouraged to attend.
