Feb. 24, 2011 - The Leonard Housing Authority continues to provide safe, decent, sanitary, affordable housing for those who qualify. Several units have been recently updated with new energy efficient windows and some with new cabinet facing through funding from the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009.
A comprehensive background check is performed on any member of the household 18 or over prior to acceptance. Many residents of the Authority provide needed community service to local organizations as a requirement of their occupancy. The Leonard Housing Authority looks forward to continuing to improve lives through quality housing.
