Feb. 24, 2011 - The Fannin County Family Crisis Center will be holding their 4th Annual You Hold the Key fundraiser dinner Saturday, Feb. 26, at the First Baptist Church community building in Bonham at 6 p.m. The fun-filled evening will include dinner, entertainment and both a silent auction and live auction.
FCFCC provides several services to our community. Donations for the auctions are still being accepted. They may be dropped off at the Crisis Center offices at the VA Hospital in Bonham or call 903-583-7694 for pick-up. At this time, items on the live auction include a wooden entertainment center, one load of topsoil and queen quilt with logo, among others. Noteable items on the silent auction include a Spiderman bike, iPod Nano, golf bag, two classical concert tickets, two Hawaiian Falls Water Park tickets, tanning baskets, men's watch, amethyst ring, necklace, house decorations, $100 gift certificate, quilts/afghans, spay/neuter certificate and spa package, among many more.
Tickets are available at KD Johnson (Penny Edwards) or Buchanan Insurance (Joyce Buchanan) in Leonard, from any board member (Sherilyn Carpenter, Alan Hale or Kimberly Dillard) or by calling the center at the number mentioned previously. Proceeds will go to assist in the move to new offices. FCFCC is a 501(C) 3, not for profit organization. Sponsorship levels and benefits are as follows: Diamond - $500, presenting sponsor, reserved table for eight with private servers, recognition during event and Emerald - $250, reserved half table of four with private servers, recognition during event.
Individual tickets are $35 or two for $65.
