Feb. 3, 2011 - The Fannin County Master Gardeners will meet on Monday, Feb. 7, at noon in the Williams Building at the First Presbyterian Church located at the corner of Center and 9th Street.

After the meeting, Linda Taube of Twin Oaks Nursery in Denison will give a talk about what to do when in your garden. This should be a very interesting program that will help everyone get ready for spring planting. It will also teach how to keep plants going throughout the year. Taube will also discuss brand-new species of plants and perennials that will be available at Twin Oaks Nursery this spring.

The business meeting starts at noon and the program will follow. Anyone interested in learning more about gardening is encouraged to attend. For more information, please contact the Fannin County Extension Office at 903-583-7453. Texas AgriLife Extension programs serve people of all ages regardless of socioeconomic level, race, color, sex, religion, disability, or national origin.
